If the resident doesn’t pay, simply head to partner.jetty.com and log in with your work email address to file a claim with us.
On the claims form, we will walk you through what information to include about the resident and community, and ask you to attach the lease and final account statement, descriptions and photos of damage if applicable. Nothing out of the ordinary. We made the process as simple as possible, so it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes of your time.
If you accidentally submit incorrect information, simply respond to the confirmation email you received with the corrected information.
