What steps should I take when a Jetty resident moves out?
Follow your normal move-out process and document any damages with photos.
Present your resident with their final bill, giving them the opportunity to pay any outstanding expenses for damages, rent, etc. directly (if full payment is received, no claim is necessary).
If the resident does not pay you directly in the time frame allotted, head to partner.jetty.com and log in with your work email address to file a claim.
Once you've filed a claim, do not accept payment from the resident directly. Have them respond to their adjuster’s email or contact Jetty at claims@jetty.com to resolve their balance.
We will review the claim and pay up to the full bond limit in 5 to 7 business days via check.
