You can find the Jetty Deposit Certificate ID in the renter’s Jetty Deposit bond document. It will be formatted as JTY-XXXX-YYYYYYYY, and you can simply copy and paste it from there into the required field.
If you encounter an error when finalizing your claim, it may indicate that a claim has already been submitted using that Certificate ID, or that the ID entered is incorrect. Double-check the ID and copy and paste the correct one to proceed.
