Under ‘Resident Information,’ you’ll be asked to enter the Jetty Deposit Certificate ID. The Certificate ID is essential for us to identify the correct Jetty Deposit policy associated with your claim. You can copy and paste this directly from the renter’s Jetty Deposit bond document.
Once the Certificate ID is successfully located, you'll receive a confirmation message, allowing you to continue filling out the rest of the claims form.
Here are some common issues you may encounter when entering a Certificate ID:
- Duplicate claim: If a claim has already been submitted using the Certificate ID, you'll receive an error. Search your email for a submission confirmation or try entering the correct Certificate ID again.
- Invalid Certificate ID: If the system can’t find a matching policy, it may be due to an incorrect Certificate ID. Double-check the ID and retry, or contact claims@jetty.com for assistance.
- Format mismatch: Make sure that the Certificate ID is correctly formatted. It should appear as JTY-XXXX-YYYYYYYY with all dashes included. If the format is incorrect, re-enter the ID and try again.
