If the Partner Portal isn’t loading, first make sure you are accessing the correct URL: partner.jetty.com. If the Partner Portal still will not load, confirm that you have a stable internet connection and try refreshing the page.
To troubleshoot further, open your phone's internet browser and use your mobile data (instead of Wi-Fi) to visit partner.jetty.com.
- If the landing page loads on your phone but not on your computer, the issue is likely one of the following:
- A Wi-Fi/network issue on your current network
- A firewall issue specific to your computer
- Something else unique to your computer’s configuration
- Tip: To resolve any of the above, it’s best to contact your IT team to help
- If the Partner Portal doesn't load on your phone while using mobile data, it could indicate that the portal is down. In that case, reach out to claims@jetty.com and let us know so we can investigate if we're not already aware!
