When filing a claim, you may need to provide additional supporting documents to help Jetty process your claim efficiently. Examples of additional supporting documents to upload include:
- Additional lease documents (ie. a roommate release, pet addendum, etc.)
- Detailed invoices (ie. an invoice outlining "Pet Stain on Carpet” or "Replacement of Broken Window") or photographs to support any claimed damages
- Correspondence with the tenant regarding the balance owed or any disputed items
- Anything else Jetty may find helpful when reviewing the claim to expedite processing (ie. eviction documents).
