Once we process and review your claim in house, you should receive payment in the form of a check in 5 to 10 business days.
Please ensure that the address that you input in the claims form is the address where you can receive the checks for payments. If the checks should be sent to the corporate office vs. individual communities, please provide the corporate office address.
