If you have already received a claim payment from Jetty, please do not accept a payment from your resident, because once a claim is submitted to Jetty, your right to collect on amounts owed is transferred to Jetty.
In the edge cases where you do accept payment from the resident after filing a claim, please avoid depositing any claims payment you may receive and reach out to the assigned claim adjuster or claims@jetty.com immediately to notify us and we will work with you on next steps.
