If you receive an error message stating that the Certificate ID format is not matched, here are some things you can do:
- Make sure there are no spaces before, after, or within the Certificate ID.
- Double-check you're using the correct Certificate ID, which should follow this format: JTY-XXXX-YYYYYYYY.
- Make sure the dashes are included exactly as shown; they are required.
- If the ID appears as JTY-SD-XXXX-YYYYYYYY, this is not the correct Certificate ID and will not work.
