If you're unable to proceed and receive an error message, it could be due to several reasons:
- The Jetty Deposit Certificate ID may need to be correctly formatted. Make sure it's in the correct format (JTY-XXXX-YYYYYYYY) and includes all required dashes.
- The policy associated with the Certificate ID may not be found. Double-check that you’re using the correct ID.
- A claim has already been submitted under the Jetty Deposit Certificate ID. If so, verify the status of the existing claim before attempting to file another.
