Please make sure you do not send the resident to collections until AFTER you have received confirmation of the Jetty Deposit payment amount (which will be sent via email by our claims team). If the resident still owes a balance after the claim is finalized, then you may send the remaining balance through your normal collections process.
For example, if the resident owes $1,200 and purchased a Jetty bond with $1,000 in coverage, please submit a claim with Jetty first. Once the claim is closed (and approved for $1,000), you can send the remaining $200 through your normal collections process.
