What if I receive an error message that the resident phone number format is not matched?

If you receive an error message for the resident phone number stating that the resident phone number format is not matched, make sure the number is in the correct format with dashes included (ie. 000-000-0000). Double-check that there are no spaces before, after, or within the number.
