- Policy ID
- Policyholder’s name
- Claim number
Please note that inquiries must be limited to one claim or policy per email. We cannot provide updates on multiple claims in a single message. If you have questions about multiple claims, please send a separate email for each inquiry to claims@jetty.com.
Tip: To check the status of a claim you filed through the Partner Portal, reply to the email confirmation Jetty sent when you submitted the claim. This will connect you directly with your Claims 'Adjuster' (that's the technical term for someone who handles a claim) who can provide updates and assistance.
